A one-man sonic riot, Ras_G brings his SP-404 augmented orbital assault to the Step Inn on Friday July 23.Los Angeles' favourite "EL Ay-Lien", Captain Of The Afrikan Space Program and power forward of Flying Lotus` mighty Brainfeeder Crew, Ras_G has spent countless hours cooking up in the Information Space Station he calls Spacebase 2031. Tapping into a long tradition of Afro-futurism, his live sets of heavy 808 electronic psychedelic beat-gumbo, punctuated by his trademark air horns and "Oh Ras!" shout-outs, leave the crowds devastated and wanting more at the same time.His prolific discography includes numerous 7”, 10” and 12” releases on LA’s fabled Poo-Bah Recrods, who also put out Ras’ debut full length Ghetto Sci-Fi landed in 2008. It had been a while since we last 'got serious' about our Bike Polo in Brisbane and staged a proper tournament. So Shifty picked a date, Gypsy drew a flyer and the weather gods provided a sunny Brisbane winter's day for some great Polo action!15 players turned up at noon to dip their names in the hat, and the teams were drawn at random, with a nice mixture of abilities and experience spread throughout. The teams elected names and were pitted against each other in 20 minutes matches.

Freely playing samplers, keyboards and even self-made instruments, "The Sound Originator" GOTH-TRAD creates remarkable dance music in an abstract aproach. First appeared in a music event abroad in December 2001 performing at "Batofar" an event held on a boat in France, creating a strong impression with his original sound collage. GOTH-TRAD started his own music creation in 1998, and the musical unit "REBEL FAMILIA" with Takeshi "HEAVY" Akimoto in 2001. As for his own solo works, 1st album "GOTH-TRAD I" was released in April 2003. Again GOTH-TRAD did his solo French tour in Autumn. January 2004, was the opening act for THE MARS VOLTA's shows in 3 major cities. Made a solo tour in Europe in May and June. Also November 2004, opening act for Arto Lindsay's show in Tokyo. Released his 2nd solo album on January '05. In March performed at "KOREA-JAPAN Road Club Festival 2005" of Japan-Korea Friendship Year. After returning from Korea, established a new music called "Mad Rave" and in November 05 released his 3rd solo album "Mad Raver's Dance Floor". The release tour travelled to Berlin, Paris, Metz, London and 8 domestic cities. 12inch single "Paranoia/Acid Steps" released on January 28,'06.

Developed in partnership with eight bike riders from around the globe, the Nike City Tiempo was constructed with a board last, a process referencing ACG’s history. The board last translates into a stiffer construction, making the pushdown of the pedal stroke easier on the rider. Throughout the construction of the shoe, the designers have increased the density of the rubber and the derometer. Inside the shoe, the sockliner has been updated to also be a bit stiffer, giving support to the foot.

As part of the whole package for the recently concluded adidas “The Complete Ride” project which also featured ourselves, Solebox and Bianchi, an unreleased model featured a special colorway based on Bianchi’s iconic colors. Technically, the shoe is very similar to the other versions with a suede upper however the 3M stripe around the foxing band has been exchanged for Bianchi colors. Unfortunately at this point in time, there is no slated release for the Bianchi version with only ten or so models in existence.
